Some people look good some not so good, and they know it. I dont see the problem with photoshopping portraits, it makes the picture look better and we all know it. Do you wanna see an old man with yellow teeth making an commercial for tooth paste? I doubt very much this is the first comment to mention it; nonetheless my own 2¢ worth is that in several cases, the example seems to illustrate the technique's failure. Certainly it's a matter of individual taste (in itself an element of uncertainty, individual taste>impossible to factor in perfectly>a sliver of hope?). So failure, I'm heartened. Best example, the? results of "improving" an already appealing little boy: the features eerily transformed, appearing somehow cold, even vaguely alien.

ok they all are the same thing but a few minor differences. CS5 is the version and it is the 32bit version. CS5 64bit is for 64bit systems. if you have 4GB or more RAM on your machine, you need 64bit operating system to? have access to the entire available ram (you can do google 32bit and 64bit differences). Extended version has 3D features, if you are into making 3D logos, texts, etc. You can do all the tutorials on CS5, you don't need Extended or 64bit.

good video and you explained the principles very well and introduced some new lighting concepts that most people don't get into in videos? like this. i did feel like the photos would have looked better with an orange or amber gel over the light though, the lighting seems a bit harsh. thanks for the video!

there is no flash, whats attached to the camera is the wireless? commander. it basically activates the strobelights on click. the flash you see are the strobelights initiated. setups are on reflects. most occasion, on 200 ISO, we use 1/200, f./6.3, and a prime lens is preferable (35mm). play with the aperture till satisfied.

For those who shoot digital cameras two "mirrored" hard drives would be enough. Even if they are vacation and family photos, hard drives are cheap these days and that will protect you from a hard drive failure. If you are in business, a third off site "secret" place will save you from a direct? hit by an atom bomb. Anyone else who is shooting with a RED or other high end video camera knows how to store their stuff.

I liked Chase when he started and included his schooling in philosophy. He's now become a commodity and? teaches commodity skills, like fancy gear and marketing. It only takes a decent camera body and 2-3 lenses to create the best photographs. It does not require purchasing anything else.
