Well, the breast implants did help for the loose skin in my breast area and a little for my arms. My tummy skin bounced back very well, I was more than surprised. My problem area is my butt, flat and lots of shrinkles! Overall, I? think I was very lucky!

yes, I've seen many of your vlogs, I know you are French Canadian. I wish I could speak French as well as you speak English. A few years ago after a trip to Montreal I got hooked on trying to learn to speak French. (I love the city of Montreal) There are so many great resources on line to help? one learn, so it became a hobby for me. When I lose more weight I'm hoping to do a vacation in France. I hope my limited knowledge of the language can help do things the locals do. :-)

If you want the OJ taste but not the acid, you could always make the shake with a glass of the water and Crystal Light Sunrise flavor. That tastes like? OJ to me. I mix it with sugar-free peach syrup sometimes and it's like drinking a fuzzy navel! I haven't seen the Titan cookies yet. I'll have to check and see if I can find them locally!
